Returning to Employment
The Passport to Work Program is designed to build a positive approach and confidence in those who are considering returning to the workplace after some time. This can be a very daunting prospect and self-confidence may be at an all-time low, mixed with feelings of anticipation and anxiety.
This program is designed around your individual need and takes you through the steps to make the return an easy transition from responsibilities at home balanced with the expectations placed on you by the employer.
The Passport to Work Program covers:
- Identifying areas of anxiety and techniques to manage the effects
- Simple techniques for repatterning thinking
- Addressing guilt and effective home/work balance
- Communication with a new group
- Confidence rebuilding techniques
- Development of personal transferable skills.
- Relaxation and stress relief techniques
- Physical therapy to work with symptoms of stress
- Mentoring and coaching
The Program includes:
- Eight individual sessions
- Practical techniques to develop confidence
- Holistic techniques to reduce and manage stress and its effects
- Ongoing support from the facilitator between sessions, either by email or phone
- Comprehensive Manual and worksheets for reference
- Certificate of Completion
