This program is designed for those who wish to be promoted to the next level, for team leaders and managers involved in relocating staff and addressing the disruption and unrest that change may bring.
It supports restructuring, the seamless introduction of new people and new ideas with minimum disruption to the activities of teams and the business overall.
Passport to Change covers:
- Developing effective and open communication
- Supporting changes in the team
- Stress coping mechanisms
- The importance of guidelines
- Establishing your role and understanding differences
- Performing within your authenticity
- Developing outcomes
The Program includes:
- Eight interactive sessions, spaced as appropriate
- Ongoing review and support by phone or email
- Follow-up on completion of the course for one month
Four further individual sessions for stress management and stress related illnesses can be added, dependant on specific need
